HR and OD Thinking Partner

Oftentimes HR and OD people need a thinking partner to help tem work through ideas, problems and solutions.  This is a role that Cynthia really enjoys.   In 2013, Cynthia has:


  • Worked with an HR Director to help design a leadership framework for the organisation.
  • Written, in partnership with a HR leader, a learning and development strategy and operational plan for an organisation.
  • Designed, in consultation with a GMHR, a team leader programme.
  • Partnered with a GMHR to write a five year plan a OD and culture development plan.
  • Supervised an OD person on the design and introduction of a coaching programme to their organisation.
